By purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not purchase our products.

 1. Products and Services

Hometown Hello offers a digital business kit (the "Product") that includes: Digital templates, documents, and training materials Audio training files Business guides and resources Access to all files via Google Drive

The Product is delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

 2. Purchase and Payment

Price: The Hometown Hello Complete Kit is offered at $647 USD.

Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment plans through third party providers including PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna. Payment plan terms are set by the respective payment provider, not Hometown Hello.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Square and authorized third party payment processors.

Taxes: Prices do not include any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchase.

 3. Digital Product Delivery

Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a Google Drive link to access your complete digital kit.

Access: You are responsible for downloading and saving all files to your computer, jump drive, or external backup storage.

File Backup: Hometown Hello is NOT responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files after initial delivery. We do not resend files. You must maintain your own backup copies.

Technical Support: If you experience technical issues downloading your files within 24 hours of purchase, contact admin@hometownhello.biz. Support is provided for download issues only.

 4. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the digital nature of our Product, all sales are final once you have received access to the download link. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

 5. Protected Territories

The following three territories are legally protected and NOT available for purchase or operation:

Kenosha County, Wisconsin Racine County, Wisconsin Walworth County, Wisconsin

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will NOT operate a Hometown Hello business in these three Wisconsin counties. Violation of this agreement may result in legal action.

All other territories: Except for the three protected Wisconsin counties listed above, you may operate your Hometown Hello business anywhere you choose. There are no exclusive territorial rights granted with this purchase.

 6. Intellectual Property

The content included in the Hometown Hello kit, including but not limited to templates, documents, training materials, audio files, and branding elements, are the intellectual property of Hometown Hello and are protected by copyright laws.

License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the materials for your own Hometown Hello business operations.

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the digital kit with others Claim ownership of the materials Use the materials for any purpose other than operating your own Hometown Hello business Modify the Hometown Hello branding or logos in unauthorized ways

 7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Results: Hometown Hello provides information and resources for operating a welcome basket business. We make NO guarantees, warranties, or representations about the income you will earn or the success of your business.

Your Responsibility: Your business success depends entirely on your effort, dedication, market conditions, and execution of the strategies provided. Results will vary.

Not Professional Advice: The Hometown Hello kit is NOT a substitute for legal, accounting, financial, tax, or other professional services. You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals for your specific business needs.

Limitation of Liability: Hometown Hello, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product or operation of your business.

 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hometown Hello, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your use of the Product Your operation of your business Your violation of these Terms and Conditions Your violation of any third party rights
