Former Celebrate Home Territories - Historical Transparency
In the early years of the Celebrate Home business, Dawn sold territories with one-time exclusivity fees. Over time, many people purchased but never launched their businesses. This meant these territories were technically "taken" and protected, but no one was actually serving those communities. Local businesses had no way to connect with new homeowners. New residents weren't being welcomed. The opportunity was just sitting there unused, unable to help anyone.
These former Celebrate Home territories were sold WITHOUT annual exclusivity renewal clauses.
Because those original buyers did not have ongoing exclusivity agreements, these areas do NOT carry any exclusivity for the Hometown Hello program.
